We understand sometimes things don't always work out with online purchases. NYYLON will provide you with a store credit valid for 3 years upon your item/s return.
Only orders that are made with Zippay/Afterpay or Klarna will be refunded or unless deemed faulty.
The item/s must be returned in its original condition with all original tags and packaging. Any Garments that appear to be worn, washed or damaged will be refused for return and sent back. Please keep this in mind when trying on garments as returned item/s need to be in resell-able condition.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 21 days. Prior to sending back your return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

CHANGE OF MIND
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund for sizing, fit, change of mind, or returns. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. If you have a minor problem with a product, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund. If we have misrepresented the product or provided an incorrect description, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement product, a store credit, or refund.
If you have received a faulty item please email us at email@example.com with all images of faults so we can determine how we can help you. Once we receive your items they will be assessed by one of our team at NYYLON.
Once your order has been processed no cancellations / or changes can be made.
After placing an order you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not comprise a contract.
Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorise a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by NYYLON. In addition, NYYLON reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders.
UNDELIVERY / LOST ORDERS
NYYLON is not held liable for all or any orders which are stolen, damaged lost including incorrect addresses.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure all delivery information is accurate. All unclaimed / un-deliverable parcels will be sent back to NYYLON HQ and will be shipped back at customers own expense.
